PROGRESS ON MY MOVIE POSTER!!! IM LIKE ALMOST FINISHED!!! I'm pretty proud of this one. its pretty friggan close, well if I do say so my self!!

Movie poster

So for our programs movie poster assignment, we pretty mush have to take a movie poster and re-do it completely, OR we can attempt to recreate it exactly. I chose to recreate the HILLS HAVE EYES poster.

I'm only going to leak a blooper shot which is my favorite of the bunch. Also another portrait I shot. "the man behind the hand" CHECK EM OUT!

Painting with Light

Yesterday in class we did an in class work shop with sparklers and glow sticks. the idea was to drag the shutter to get the effect that you are indeed painting with light. I've done this for a long time its just way too much fun :D . i started 3 years ago with a buddy of mine, we decided to try out the effects.( examples below)

                                    
                                      

I also did some over the Christmas break. I was in Labrador with family, we got some cool shots from new years.
