Animal Portraits

My mom wanted to do "the animal's" portraits for her bf for a Christmas gift. So she asked if I would photograph them. And I agreed to do it. Here are the results. I think they are pretty cute!

abandoned house

 My Friend Tovah wanted to use an abandoned house she found for a photoshoot. Of course I was down for it! what a neat location. it was an old farm house. Just EERIE but beautiful.

On the way home, we stopped to admire these beauties. Simply magnificent animals. Absolutely massive aswell.

Rockabilly

I always loved the way Pin-up girls looked with their awesome style. I was looking up hair styles to try, and I came across Rockabilly hair styless, Its pretty much the same thing.. but with more victory rolls! 

I did my hair and decided to do a little fun Photo shoot. Soooo here are the best final images. I most definitely need a shutter release cable !!! it would have been 100x easier! good thing for the little built in timer!! lol

Candy girls

So my sister ( Lanessa ) and I went to her friend Ellise's house one day last week. We found out her dad is a Photographer as well... He had a nice little studio set up in his basement. SO we had to take advantage of that.. we decided to do a little Candy inspired photoshoot. we had a blast! here are a few of my favorite images.

This morning I learned that one of my child hood hero's had passed away .

Ryan Dunn that is, from Viva La Bam and Jackass.

I know he will be greatly missed. and that neither Jackass or Viva La Bam will ever be the same.

You were an awesome jackass <3

My friend Laura has an abundance of rhine stones left over from a project. So that inspired an idea for makeup. we had a bunch of colours to choose from.. but we chose these.

Ghosts of yesterday

I feel that I have been way behind in my blog posting. 

I have been sick, and for that matter uninspired. 

Able to shoot, but unable to find the beauty in the simple things.

This is going to change .. 

As of these next 2 weeks I will be working along side

a professional photographer.

I am hoping to be able to find time, and inspiration.

Magazine Cover Assignment

For my Magazine Cover assignment I chose to shoot for Rolling stone magazine ( not really for them but for the assignment) Im super happy with the shots we got, we were in and out of the studio really fast, Maddie Hill was awesome to work with. Kudos!

Angie's Model and Talent

Yesterday in class we learned how to light sets to get a more high fashion look to our pictures. so we tried it out. and the results weren't bad at all! TODAY we got to have some models come in and work with us. 

I had the amazing pleasure of shooting these two gorgeous girls.

Movie poster

So for our programs movie poster assignment, we pretty mush have to take a movie poster and re-do it completely, OR we can attempt to recreate it exactly. I chose to recreate the HILLS HAVE EYES poster.

I'm only going to leak a blooper shot which is my favorite of the bunch. Also another portrait I shot. "the man behind the hand" CHECK EM OUT!
